Hospital in Rancho Mirage, California, and the College of
the Desert in Palm Desert, California, recently shared some
of her excellent recipes with us.
Hormone Cereal
The chia seeds in this recipe are imported
from Mexico and are in health
food stores. They help in better elimination. You need to
be careful what
grade they are, and the seeds cannot have stones and dirt.
Ask your health
food store what grade the chia seeds are. The apple juice
helps flaxseeds
and chia to swell. The formula is high in zinc. This is
excellent for
bowel and sexuality disorders. It balances and activates
estrogen in the
body.
1 teaspoon (1 ml) sesame seeds
1 teaspoon (1 ml) sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon (1 ml) almonds
1 teaspoon (1 ml) chia seeds
1 teaspoon (1 ml) flaxseed
1 teaspoon (1 ml) raisins
1/2 cup (125 ml) apple juice
If you choose, grind the seeds into a fine
meal in a seed grinder, grain
mill or blender. Place the seed mixture into a bowl. Add
raisins and
enough apple juice to cover the seed mixture. Allow to sit
overnight. It
is ready to eat in the morning as a cereal. Serves 1.
