The Aeternum Ellipse Pressure Cooker, 12 liter is a first class
pressure
cooker
from
Italy featuring 18/10 mirror-finish stainless steel pans for purity,
durability and ease of care. Now, for the
first time in the Aeternum line, these pressure cookers work beautifully on all
heat sources including induction systems. For optimum uniform heat distribution
they have
triple-layer
thermal diffusing bottoms, with all non-stainless steel alloys completely encapsulated
in stainless steel to prohibit contact with food or air. The automatic weighted
valve has 3 positions: screwed down fully and resting in position, it oscillates
and regulates the pressure automatically;
with
the first part lifted it discharges the steam completely; removed from the
lid, it can be cleaned thoroughly. An intermittent whistle signals
that
there is the right pressure in the cooker.
The Ellipse models have a stylish,
attractively modern European design with navy blue, easy-grip, non-slip stay-cool
handles.
